Recognising that supermarkets are highly inefficient when it comes to the environment, Unpackaged, in London's East End, are saving the planet one container at a time with their 'bring your own packaging' grocery store with a conscience. Encouraging customers to bring their own reusable containers, bulk bins are filled with products from fennel seeds to laundry detergent, most of which are organic, many fair-trade, and none (none!) come by air freight. Inspired.
